The Oinotopos is situated in the village of Pyrgos, one of the most picturesque and traditional settlements of Santorini. Oinotopos is a memorable experience for lovers of wine, history and the good life.

The Oinotopos Wine Chambers was originally a one hundred year-old canava. It was restored in 2009 into three stylish, caved wine chambers. The three old vinification rooms which are now turned into stylish suites are built into the rocks with earthly aesthetics. The property is divided into three areas- the cellar, the wine-tasting area and the spa studio. It also has a separate cave Jacuzzi.

Daily wine tasting of one of the Domaine Sigalas wines is at the Wine Tasting area.

Wine lovers packages for a 3, 5 or 7 night stay include: visits to Domaine Sigalas vinery, wine tasting and dinner at the winery.
