Cancellation Policy:
The rules for cancellation are as follows:
- low season and medium season - cancellation done seven to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50%.
- high season - cancellation done 20-15 days prior to arrival will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation done seven to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 70% fee.
- Cancellation done between seven days and one day prior to arrival, departure earlier than scheduled and No Show will attract a fee of 100% of the stay.
